Access to your own on-going account with our partner Cronometer - where we monitor your nutritional status and energy expenditure in real time. This means we can work with your actual data to monitor the effect of the plan, how it is working and continuously adjust to meet your needs

You will receive monthly revisions of your meal plan which will use both the data we have captured as well as a monthly call to discuss how you are finding the plan. New recipes will be added so that you build up options over time, giving you increased variety and flexibility.

We support you in real time via WhatsApp / text (unlimited during our working hours) as well as invited to weekly Q&A sessions where we support athletes with all aspects of Nutrition. This helps keep you accountable, supported and guided as you implement your plan
